All About Anibar
The Anibar International Animation Festival is one of the biggest cultural events held in Kosovo. Every year, the festival hosts workshops, lectures, master-classes and screens quality films from all over the world. Usually the event is held in different settings in the city of Peja, but with the current Covid situation that has had to change.
Anibar XI Animation Festival is Online Today!
Due to the Covid situation and other security reasons the entire XI edition of the Anibar festival is going online and it’s started! The programme will include sections for children, workshops, panels and presentations, which will be held on the online platform, Zoom, as well as film screenings, which will be showcased on a separate platform. The Festival will be held from the 17th to the 23rd of August and the topic this year is ‘Humans’.

Corona Cuts Comic Con Africa
Comic Con Africa is a huge festival which focuses on a wide variety of pop culture including comic books, anime, manga, films, games and series and also hosts workshops, cosplay, and the popular Artists’ Alley, to name a few.
But following the recent announcement on the indefinite ban on large gatherings in South Africa, Comic Con Africa has decided to cancel their 2020, live event. But do not despair! This is not the end, Comic Con Africa have ensured that the event still goes on- online!

From 24 – 27 September, an online event will be held hosting a varied programme including live chats, Q& As, panel discussions, artists panels, gaming tournaments and much more.
