Maliyo Games New Game Revealed
Nigerian outfit, Maliyo Games, has opened up about their latest project, Danfo Racer.
Inspired to create an authentic racing game that captured the ambience and character of Nigeria, the company decided to utilise the iconic Nigerian Danfo bus in a circuit game. Thus Danfo Racer was born.

Maliyo Games’, Danfo Racer is a typical circuit game featuring multiple challenges that allow players to get a sense of speed and control.
Where the game differs from other circuit games is its incorporation of authentic ambient sounds from Nigeria’s capital, Lagos, its environment and of course the trademark Danfo bus.
The game is currently still in development having begun in March 2021. According to Maliyo Games’ CEO, Hugh Obi, the company intend to have completed the game by the end of 2022.

Solo Esports Signs Deal With Société Générale
Senegal-based company, Solo Esports have announced a partnership with French multinational investment bank and financial service company, Société Générale.
The partnership will see Société Générale committing to support the development and growth of Esports in Senegal and the Solo Esports team. To seal the partnership Solo Esports were awarded a cheque of $3500.
The partnership will hopefully contribute greatly to increasing esports not just in Senegal but open the doors for such partnerships in Africa.
